When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email, phone number, organization, area of interest, and any message you include.
When you visit this site, we and our service providers collect standard technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and the search terms that brought you here. We use Google Analytics for this. Google may set cookies in your browser and processes this information on our behalf; see Google's privacy policy.
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish real visitors from automated traffic, which collects technical information about your browser and connection for that purpose. This site is hosted by GoDaddy, whose servers keep standard access logs.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, or provide the support or services you've requested. We use analytics information to understand how visitors find and use this site so that we can improve it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact form submissions are emailed to our team and are also stored in this website's database, so that an inquiry is not lost if email delivery fails. We retain them for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and in any case no longer than 12 months. Analytics data is retained by Google according to our account settings, currently 14 months.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We use a small number of service providers to operate this site: Google for analytics, Cloudflare for automated-traffic protection on our contact form, Microsoft for email, and GoDaddy for hosting. Each processes information only to provide those services to us.
We may also share information with partner platforms such as Genesys, 8x8, or Zoom, only when necessary to fulfill a specific request you've made, such as a product demo.
You can ask us to delete any information you've submitted by emailing info@mnetteam.com. You can opt out of Google Analytics in any browser using Google's opt-out add-on, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
